1. Eligibility
This offer is valid exclusively for new clients who have not previously booked dog walking / pet sitting services with Matt Plus Hanna. Existing clients or previous clients re-joining are not eligible for this specific promotion.
2. Proof Required The physical discount card must be presented at the time of booking or during the initial Meet & Greet to validate the offer. No exceptions will be made for missing or lost cards.

3. One-Time Use: The 20% discount is limited to a single use per household/client. Once redeemed, the card is considered void for future use by that client or household.
4. Booking Requirements
To qualify for this promotion, the client must commit to and book a minimum of ONE Month (30days) of dog walking / pet sitting services.
5. Cancellation and Early Termination Early termination requires reimbursement of the waived fees.
6. Scheduling and Availability All bookings are subject to walker / sitter availability and service area coverage. We recommend booking early, as holiday slots fill up quickly.
7. Non-Transferable This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, transferred to other pet owners, or redeemed for cash.
"MERRYXMAS25" Holiday Special
1. Eligibility
This offer is valid exclusively for new clients who have not previously booked services with Matt Plus Hanna. Existing clients or previous clients re-joining are not eligible for this specific promotion.
2. The Offer By using the promo code MERRYXMAS25, the client will receive a credit equivalent to two (2) weeks of dog walking / pet sitting services. This credit is applied to the first two weeks of the service agreement.
3. Booking Requirements To qualify for this promotion, the client must commit to and book a minimum of EIGHT (8) consecutive weeks of dog walking / pet sitting services.
- The schedule must be consistent (e.g., 3 days/week or 5 days/week) for the duration of the 8 weeks.
- The promotion applies to the base rate of the walks only and does not include holiday surcharges or additional pet fees unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation and Early Termination (The "Clawback" Clause) Because this discount is contingent upon a long-term commitment, early termination requires reimbursement of the waived fees.
- If the client cancels services before the completion of the 8-week period, the client will be retroactively charged the full standard rate for the two "free" weeks initially provided.
5. Scheduling and Availability All bookings are subject to walker availability and service area coverage. We recommend booking early, as holiday slots fill up quickly.
6. Expiration This offer is valid for bookings made between December 7, 2025 and December 31, 2025. The initial walk must commence prior to January 31, 2026.
7. Non-Transferable This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, transferred to other pet owners, or redeemed for cash.
Volunteer Emergency Pet Care Services
To ensure this limited, community-focused resource remains available for genuine crises and to prevent misuse, the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Nature of Emergency This service is strictly reserved for unforeseeable emergencies (e.g., sudden injury, unexpected hospitalization of the owner) or other unpredictable, time-sensitive crises where the pet would otherwise be left alone for an extended period.
2. Service Limit A maximum of four (4) complimentary drop-in visits or walks in total will be provided per emergency situation. This is intended to bridge the initial gap until a long-term care solution can be arranged by the owner or their appointed representative.
3. Service Activities Care is limited to essential tasks: feeding, providing fresh water, and necessary potty breaks/short walks. We cannot provide bathing, or complex behavioral management under this emergency arrangement.
4. Geographic Focus: The offer is primarily directed at communities where our local flyers are posted. Any extension to new clients outside these areas is dependent on time and logistics allowing for a safe access arrangement.
5. Verification We reserve the right to request reasonable, non-identifying verification of the emergency. This may include, but is not limited to, confirming the situation with an emergency contact or brief communication regarding the nature of the crisis.
6. Safe Access The owner or a designated emergency contact must provide immediate, safe, and reliable access to the pet and the property (e.g., key/code exchange). We cannot provide service if access is unsafe or unnecessarily complicated.
7. Non-Transferable This volunteer service is non-transferable and holds no cash value.
8. Waiver of Liability The client acknowledges that this is a free, volunteer service provided during a crisis. The client agrees to release the service provider and its volunteers from any and all liability related to the temporary care of the pet or property damage, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
9. Exclusions This service does not cover planned events (e.g., vacations, scheduled surgeries, business trips, social engagements), general scheduling conflicts, routine illness, or non-emergency situations. Misrepresentation of the situation will result in immediate termination of the service.
10. Pet Condition The pet must not pose a known threat of severe aggression toward the volunteer. We reserve the right to refuse service if the volunteer's safety is compromised.
**By accepting this volunteer service, the client agrees to these terms, ensuring that the resource is used responsibly for those in true unforeseen need.
